DONATIONS TO UKRAINE [PRODUCT LINE IN HONOR OF THE 13 SAVAGE MEN OF SNAKE ISLAND]

All of us here at the Savage Americans are saddened to hear of the tragedies happening in the Ukraine and with that we want to do our part by sending donations to Ukraine. War is never a pretty thing, but many of us here had chosen it as our profession at one time or another. However, hard times more often than not bring out the best in us. Such as when we heard about the heroics of the 13 men of Snake Island, Ukraine and what they did for their country. In case you haven’t heard of this battle, 13 Ukrainian border guards stood face to face with a Russian warship. Radio traffic transmitted between the border guards and the warship were recorded. The Russian warship demanded that the Ukrainian men throw down their arms and surrender, to which the Ukrainian men replied “Russian warship, go fuck yourself.” This is the type of bravery and defiance in the face of our enemies that all of us in the Savage Americans Community aspire to have and believe in. 

In honor of those 13 men and their actions we decided to create a couple products so that we can donate to their cause. We have created a Snake Island tee, women’s shirt and sticker that will soon be available for purchase. While we would like to donate all proceeds, we are still a very small business that is still finding its legs.  However, we will be donating a handsome portion of the proceeds to support the Ukrainian efforts to fight for their freedom. The Savage Americans are strong believers in freedom and fighting for it at all costs.

 
We are currently doing our due diligence in finding a suitable organization to donate to. We have looked into several donation organizations but have not been able to settle on one yet. For example the Ukraine Crisis Relief, UNICEF, Sunflower of Peace, CARE, and Save Our Allies, sponsored by Tim Kennedy. Currently we are leaning towards Save Our Allies. This organization needs donations to purchase body armor for the medics and individuals that are going on missions into the Ukraine to help civilians and the wounded get out of the country.
